YORK COUNTY, Pa. — Multiple lanes of Interstate 83 northbound in York County were blocked Saturday evening as crews responded to a multi-vehicle crash near Exit 19 (PA 462 Market St).
York County Emergency Dispatch confirmed that crews from York Area United Fire and Rescue were dispatched to the area of mile marker 18.7 at around 8:45 Saturday night.
