MOUNT ROYAL, Pa. (WHTM) — A bridge in York County will be closed for most of 2026, beginning in early January.
PennDOT says the Route 74 bridge carrying Carlisle Road over the Conewago Creek in Dover and Warrington townships will close on Jan. 12.
The bridge is being replaced, the agency says, and Route 74 will be closed between Alpine Road and Conewago Road as a result.
PennDOT hopes to have the new bridge built and open to traffic by Sept. 9, 2026.
