Martin, 81, of Manheim, pleaded guilty on Monday, Dec. 22, 2025, in Lancaster County Court to charges stemming from two separate criminal dockets. In one case, he admitted to three counts of Indecent Assault Without Consent, and in the other, to a separate count of Indecent Assault Without Consent and one count of Harassment, court records show.
As part of a negotiated plea deal, Martin was sentenced to two years of probation on each charge, to be served concurrently. A charge of Indecent Assault by Forcible Compulsion was amended to a lesser offense. He was also ordered to undergo a SOAB (Sexual Offenders Assessment Board) evaluation, submit DNA, and comply with 17 state-mandated sex offender supervision conditions, according to court records.
“Most importantly, and without qualification: he assaulted me — in addition to others,” the nurse wrote in a letter to Daily Voice. “He dragged me into his room and tried to force himself upon me. This was not a misunderstanding. It was an intentional assault committed while I was performing my duties as a healthcare professional.”
