The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has lifted all vehicle restrictions and most speed restrictions on roads in the southcentral PennDOT District 8 region, which includes Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, and York counties.
The restrictions had been implemented during a winter storm to help keep interstates open under difficult travel conditions. The vehicle limits reflected Tier 3 of the commonwealth’s weather event vehicle restriction plan.
