ENOLA, Pa. — Police in Cumberland County are searching for a suspect in an alleged animal cruelty case.
Kobe Bobb, 25, of Enola, is charged with cruelty to animals and disorderly conduct in connection to the alleged incident, which East Pennsboro Police began investigating on December 23 after being alerted by a witness.
