HARRISBURG, Pa. — Hundreds of revelers gathered along Second Street Wednesday night to welcome 2026 with Harrisburg’s signature New Year’s Eve celebration — the annual strawberry drop on Second Street.
As the final seconds of the year ticked away, the illuminated strawberry descended from the Hilton Harrisburg rooftop.
