DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa (WHP) — The Linglestown Square Roundabout incurred more damage this morning after it appears a driver ran through two signs and left a piece of their car behind before driving off.
In August, CBS 21’s Maxine Rose reported on the difficulties the community faces as a result of the reckless driving through the roundabout.
