PERRY COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — State police say they’ve filed charges against a Duncannon woman accused of following a teen driver 11 miles into a parking lot to yell at her.
Troopers were called to the area of Lambs Gap Road and Valley Road in Rye Township around 11:48 a.m. Monday after receiving reports of harassment.
