DUNCANNON, Pa. — Police arrested a woman in Perry County after she allegedly followed a 17-year-old in her car and allegedly attempted to block her into a parking lot.
According to a police report, Heather Reichard, 54, was arrested in connection to the Dec. 29 incident.
