DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa (WHP) — A driver was trapped under their car after it rolled over in an accident on New Year’s Day.
Crews responded to the accident just before 7 a.m. on Peters Mountain Road in Middle Paxton Township where they found the driver of the car trapped.
