A central Pennsylvania Denny’s has settled a federal lawsuit filed by a former server who claimed she was fired for being pregnant.
Erikia Ricker filed a lawsuit last month alleging the Carlisle Denny’s illegally discriminated against her when it fired her three days after she informed it she was pregnant.
