YORK, Pa. — A York man was arrested after he reportedly fired a gun into a neighboring home by mistake.
According to West Manchester Township Police, Brian Michael Norwood, 19, was charged with discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct.
Police said they responded to Norwood’s apartment after he claimed to have accidentally fired a gun inside his home.
