BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — A new report from the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC) shed light on the top 10 counties in the state with the highest number of human trafficking offenses.
According to their findings, 5% of offences committed in Blair County involved human trafficking. Franklin County recorded the highest number at 15%, while Cumberland County recorded the lowest at 2%. Overall, for Pennsylvania, 431 cases of human trafficking were filed over the past five years and a total of 1,432 human trafficking offenses were filed.
