Shooter stabbed man after gun malfunctioned during central Pa. fight: police

A violent Wednesday night disagreement ended with one man shooting, then stabbing another in Lancaster County, police said.

On Thursday, Columbia police charged Matthew A. Rowley, 35, of Lancaster, with attempted homicide in connection with a shooting that happened the night before on the first block of South Sixth Street.
