NEWVILLE, Pa. — A Cumberland County woman has been accused of stealing more than $1,500 from a care-dependent, elderly relative.
Shala Jade Wiseman, 20, of Carlisle, is charged with access device fraud, theft, receiving stolen property, and financial exploitation of an older or care-dependent person, according to Newville Borough Police.
