One person arrested in connection to overdose death in Pennsylvania

PENNSYLVANIA — The Northern York County Regional Police have filed charges against a 44-year-old man in connection with an alleged drug delivery that authorities say led to an overdose death in York County.

According to court documents, the victim was found dead on Oct. 9, 2025, inside a bathroom. Investigators reported locating a bag containing a white powder and a straw near the victim at the scene. A subsequent coroner’s investigation determined the substance contained fentanyl.

The victim’s parents told investigators that shortly before his death, their son said he planned to meet a woman he had been communicating with nearby. They said he was gone for approximately 10 minutes, and his mother later discovered him unresponsive after he returned home…
