A Cumberland County couple was charged after a two-month-old girl was hospitalized with extensive bruising and a prior rib fracture in Dauphin County last year, police said in court documents.
Micheal Derr, 25, and Jada Davis, 27, of East Pennsboro, were charged with a felony count of endangering welfare of children, according to an affidavit of probable cause filed by Lower Swatara Township police.
