DUNCANNON, Pa. (WHTM) – Court records are shedding new details on what led up to homicide charges being filed against an 11-year-old Perry County child on his birthday.
Charges filed by Pennsylvania State Police in Newport allege Clayton Dietz told State Police that he had shot his father, Douglas Dietz, on January 13.
