Jaqueline Williams Charged In Caregiver Assault, Theft Case

Jaqueline Marie Williams, 35, of Mechanicsburg, was charged after a 67-year-old man told Middlesex Township police that his caretaker became violent with him and used his bank accounts to take thousands of dollars, court records show.

The alleged incidents happened while the man was staying at the Pike Motel, Room 118, at 1121 Harrisburg Pike in Middlesex Township, police said.

Williams is charged with:

  • Felony financial exploitation of an older adult/care-dependent person.
  • Misdemeanor abuse of a care-dependent person.
  • Misdemeanor abuse of a care-dependent person.

The victim told investigators he had hired Williams as a “dependent caretaker” and gave her access to his financial accounts to help pay bills and handle banking, according to an affidavit of probable cause…
