Birthday Celebration Turned Deadly
The shooting happened just hours into the boy’s birthday, which was listed as Tuesday, Jan. 13, in court records.
The child told investigators he had a good day on Monday celebrating with his parents, but became angry after his father told him he needed to go to bed after midnight, according to court documents.
