A Dauphin County man who was found guilty of obstructing firefighters at the scene of a burning pet store has now sued the state troopers who arrested him for using unconstitutional force against him.
Josh Bair, 44, says troopers falsely accused him of attacking firefighters and later beat him up at the scene of the early morning fire Jan. 18, 2024 on the 600 block of State Street in Millersburg.
At the time of Bair’s arrest, state police said he punched a firefighter, kept running into the burning building and said he did so to rescue a dog from the building. Bair denies disobeying the firefighters…
