A Code Blue alert has been issued by the Lebanon County Coalition to End Homelessness, in partnership with the Lebanon County Department of Emergency Services, to start Monday evening because of decreasing temperatures and winter weather conditions.
The alert will start Jan. 19, 2026 at 4 p.m. and is set to end Thursday, Jan. 22, 2026 at 10 a.m. A Code Blue Alert is issued when the forecasted winter weather conditions pose an unusually high risk of severe or life-threatening exposure-related injuries.
“The Lebanon County Department of Emergency Services, through its available weather data, has determined that weather conditions will meet the Coalition’s Code Blue criteria during the alert period,” officials said in a release…
