HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — A man in Harrisburg is facing over three years in prison for drug trafficking, according to an update from the Department of Justice.
Officials said Francisco Baez, age 53, of Harrisburg, pleaded guilty on January 29, 2025 to possession with intent to distribute 40 grams and more of fentanyl.
Investigators purchased 7 grams of fentanyl from Baez, which led them to his home where they found 137 grams of fentanyl, over $20,000 cash, and 977 grams of a cutting agent, according to officials…
