CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A man in Carlisle is facing charges after a drug overdose reportedly resulted in the death of a person.
According to police, officers arrived to a home in the 100 block of Walnut Street on November 29 to find a man suffering from a drug overdose.
