HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — Counties across central Pennsylvania have issued a “Code Blue” ahead of sub-zero windchills, which are expected overnight Monday and possibly this weekend.
“We’ll fill this area with about 40 cots,” said Beth Kempf, the executive director of Community CARES in Cumberland County. “We’ll make sure that we have extra coats, and we’ll make sure we have extra blankets and support available.”
