Lauren Perchinski, 34, of Carlisle, was charged after Carlisle Borough police responded to the 100 block of North College Street at 6:16 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2025, court documents show.
A witness reported Perchinski’s dark-colored BMW SUV was moving at about 2 mph in a 25 mph zone before stopping in the roadway, according to an affidavit of probable cause. When an officer arrived, Perchinski was identified as the driver and sole occupant, and the vehicle was stopped a few feet from the curb, partially blocking the travel lane, the affidavit states.
Perchinski “declined a preliminary breath test” and was taken into custody, the affidavit says. Police then obtained a search warrant for a blood draw, and test results showed Perchinski’s blood-alcohol concentration was .247%, according to the affidavit…
