HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) in Harrisburg have released their top five most wanted individuals for January 2026 and are asking the public for help tracking them down.
In a report, PSP noted that Pedro Gonzalez-Mangual, Danny Hicks, Jordan Wrap, Danielle Cruz, and Mark Daugherty are all wanted for various charges and were last known to be in the Harrisburg area.

- Gonzalez-Mangual, 41, stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted in connection with a 2023 drug distribution incident, according to PSP.
