A wintry mix hit Pennsylvania on Sunday, and snow slowly turned into sleet in the early afternoon. But the snow might be back later tonight, National Weather Service meteorologist Michael Kolbert told PennLive.
“The sleet has taken over as the predominant form of precipitation again,” Kolbert said. “It could be up to another inch of sleet that could fall as we continue on through this evening.”
Most of southern Pa. will have sleet falling for the rest of the afternoon. Sleet should continue through about 5 or 6 p.m., and after that, snow might be back in the mix…
