The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has lifted the Tier 1 vehicle restriction and 45 mph speed limit restriction implemented on roads in the southcentral PennDOT District 8 region consisting of Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, and York counties.
No vehicle or speed restrictions remain in place in the district.
