HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — New video shows tents at Harrisburg’s homeless community collapsing due to Sunday’s heavy snowfall.
The lot, which is operated by local nonprofit AMiracle4Sure, experienced its first amount of significant accumulating snow since it was formed this past summer.
