Brewpub that closed in Dauphin County just got new owners, again

Iron Hill Brewery is poised for a comeback in Hershey, following an approval in federal court that could pave the way for a reopening.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that, according to court documents, a federal bankruptcy judge over the weekend approved the acquisition of Iron Hill’s trademark and intellectual property, along with the transfer of five leases, including the Derry Township location at 101 W. Chocolate Ave.
