A York County man who has spent the past three years fighting a nuisance citation over his dog barking has lost his most recent bid for a review.
Andrew McCormack, of Conewago Township, has appealed the citation and the $25 fine that came with it three times, and has lost each time. He’s accrued hundreds more dollars in costs and fees having lost his cases.
