Man allegedly follows woman home, claims to work for FBI

Buffalo Township, Pa. — A 40-year-old Mifflinburg man followed a woman home in his vehicle and claimed he was doing surveillance for the FBI, police say.

Victor Manuel Medina was arrested on Jan. 10 after police were called to the victim’s home in Buffalo Township.

The victim told Trooper Joshua Myers of Pennsylvania State Police at Milton that a man had followed her vehicle home around 6 p.m. that evening. The suspect, later identified as Medina, had followed the victim for approximately four miles in a Dodge Ram pickup truck and then parked outside of her home, according to the affidavit…
