DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The snow may have stopped falling, but some Harrisburg residents’ frustrations have hardly thawed.
Some who live in the capital city are expressing annoyance as streets and parking areas remain buried nearly five days after a powerful winter storm hit Pennsylvania.
“I just had to shovel my wife out so she can go out and do what she gotta do,” said Michael DeJesus, a Harrisburg resident. “My neighbors can’t get out. They can’t go to work. And we only get salt every once in a while.”…
