DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A woman was charged after a police officer claimed she lost her composure on Wednesday after a proceeding in a Dauphin County court.
On Jan. 28, Kristen Zawacki was attending a hearing in connection with a prior domestic violence arrest, according to the Lower Swatara Township Police Department.
At the conclusion of the hearing, Zawacki became “belligerent” while being readied for transport back to the Dauphin County Prison. The officer said she spat on them and tried kicking them while being placed in the back of a patrol vehicle…
