Anthony Malik Sease, 35, is accused in an Endangering Welfare of Children investigation that occurred at a home in the 300 block of North East Street in Carlisle on Sunday, Jan. 26, according to the Carlisle Police Department.
Sease is charged with Felony Endangering Welfare of Children and Misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance, police said.
An arrest warrant was issued on Wednesday, Jan. 28, and remains active. The case is docketed in Magisterial District Court 09-2-02.
