DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Family and friends are worried about a Harrisburg woman who’s been missing for months.
Back in October, Miracle J. Prather-Irvin, 21, was supposed to walk through the doors of Dauphin County Courthouse for a hearing, but she never showed.
