Lance Holtzman, 33, and Megan Burkett, 40, both of the 400 block of East Coover Street in Mechanicsburg, were arrested following an investigation into fraudulent bank transactions, according to Upper Allen Township Police.
The investigation began in November after a report of unauthorized withdrawals from the victim’s bank account, police explained. Detectives determined Holtzman and Burkett used the victim’s debit card and bank account information to withdraw funds without permission, police said.
