LYKENS, Pa. — A Dauphin County woman is facing theft charges after police say she stole nearly $62,000 from the Williams Valley High School Marching Band Booster Club while serving as the organization’s treasurer.
Michelle E. Sims, 43, of Lykens, is charged with three felony counts of theft and a felony count of unauthorized access device use by Pennsylvania State Police, who began investigating in October 2025 when alerted to the suspected theft by the Booster Club’s president.
