Attorney general sues to revoke Dauphin County contractor’s license

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office is now going after a Dauphin County contractor who it claims billed people for services that were never completed.

The contractor has also been the subject of lawsuits and criminal accusations in Dauphin County.

In new court documents, the state is asking the court to permanently ban Merrill “Bud” Miller of HFDH, LLC from owning or operating a home improvement business, to revoke his contractor registration license and to order Miller to pay more than $108,000 in fines, penalties and restitution to victims…
