CARLISLE, Pa. — While freezing temperatures kept many people bundled up indoors this weekend, the cold weather turned out to be exactly what the ice sculptures at Carlisle’s Ice Art Fest needed.
By the final day of the festival, all 110 ice sculptures lining the streets of downtown Carlisle were still standing strong — something organizers say doesn’t always happen.
