13-Year-Old Girl Charged With Felony After Kicking Police Officer

A 13-year-old girl is facing serious legal consequences after allegedly kicking a police officer during a disturbance call in Palmyra, Pennsylvania.

The incident occurred on Tuesday (February 3) at approximately 9:47 p.m. when officers from the Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department responded to a reported disturbance at a residence in the 100 block of East Cherry Street.

According to police reports, when officers arrived at the scene and made contact with the juvenile inside the home, she allegedly kicked one of the responding officers.
