YORK COUNTY, Pa. — A York County man is facing aggravated arson charges after he allegedly set his home on fire with his daughter and wife still inside, police said.
Jose Romero-Aguilar, 33, reportedly burned down his trailer on Christmas Day while he was intoxicated, a police report stated.
Shortly before 9 p.m., police were dispatched to the trailer in the 300 block of Ridge Road in Newberry Township. Police arrived on scene and met with Romero-Aguilar’s wife and four-year-old daughter who said she attempted to put the fire out, but Jose was still inside the trailer and “extremely intoxicated.”…
