SHIPPENSBURG- A man from Middletown, PA is facing charges of aggravated assault and more following an incident at Roxbury Treatment Center outside of Shippensburg on Monday night. Gabrial Gunner Graham failed to post bail of $75,000 after being charged with two felony counts of aggravated assault against designated individuals, misdemeanor simple assault, misdemeanor resisting arrest, and three citations of harassment by physical contact. Graham remains incarcerated in the Franklin County Jail.
Pennsylvania State Police say that they were dispatched around 5:19pm on Monday afternoon for a reported altercation between two patients that would also escalate into more assaults on a Mental Health Technician. Troopers would say that Gabrial Graham and another patient were sitting in the Center’s intake lobby when he “unprovoked” attacked the other patient.
This assault would allegedly see him punch the victim in the face 20-30 times, with them being separated by Center staff. After Graham’s move to a different room and awaiting PSP’s response, Troopers say that Graham again, “proceeded to randomly attack (a) Mental Health Technician” by punching them in the face multiple times…
