PENNSYLVANIA — A man was killed in an industrial accident Wednesday morning in Lancaster, according to the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office.
Emergency crews were called around 10 a.m. to the 1300 block of Arcadia Road near Manheim Pike for a report of a cardiac arrest. The incident was later upgraded to an industrial rescue.
Lancaster city officials said the man was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not yet been released…
