Big changes could happen to the Dauphin County Prison building, including potentially constructing a new jail, after Prison Board members approved a feasibility study for the outdated structure.
The study would look at the current jail and its operations and provide a look at what needs to be changed or if it is time for the county to start fresh with a new facility.
