Zachary Christopher Yohn, 20, of New Cumberland, was charged after West Shore Regional Police said he was captured on surveillance video kissing and touching the child in a sexual manner along North Second Street in Wormleysburg Borough on Thursday, Jan. 30, according to the affidavit of probable cause.
Police wrote in the affidavit that the girl’s mother told officers she had been informed her daughter was sexually assaulted while left in Yohn’s care. Investigators said the child reported Yohn had been kissing and touching her inappropriately, and that the incidents happened numerous times over the course of about a week.
