Georgia Bare, 41, a Lebanon, was taken into custody on Wednesday, Feb. 11, following an investigation by Lebanon City Police into a report of a found child, according to authorities.
Officers responded to the 900 block of Chestnut Street at approximately 5:40 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 7, where the child was discovered unsupervised in the roadway, police said.
The child was reported to be wearing only shorts and shoes despite the extreme cold weather. Once located, the child appeared to be exhibiting physical symptoms consistent with exposure to the cold, according to the release…
