Amid a pending bankruptcy, the owners of Taylor Chip Cookie Co. say their one Dauphin County location is still open.
Doug Taylor, who runs the Lancaster County-based business with his wife Sara, announced this week that the company is reorganizing under Chapter 11 bankruptcy after closing two locations last week in Philadelphia.
