DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A new youth and adult warming center is opening in Dauphin County today.
Thrive Housing Services announced that it will open its new Youth and Young Adult Warming Center at 1122 N 3rd Street in Harrisburg to address the city’s need for shelter services during the cold months of the year.
